About Shropshire Country Oils
In 2004 a former farmer, Mike Pepler, discovered the benefits of cold pressed Rapeseed Oil and began to develop the idea into a working enterprise. In the past rapeseed oil has been used mainly in margarine and processed vegetable oils. In the Summer of 2007 the first oil pressing was produced and launched at the Church Stretton Food Fair.
